Hi, I’m Melinda!
I’m a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, & health coach based in Virginia. I created emBODYment 360 to combine two of my biggest passions—dance & fitness! My goal is to create workouts that empower women to feel strong, energized, & rejuvenated while having fun every step of the way.
When I’m not leading workouts, you’ll find me exploring the outdoors—whether by bike or on foot, enjoying hot yoga with my husband, or sharing lots of love & laughs with our energetic pup, Zoey! She’s always close by, bringing extra cheer & reminding us to embrace the lighter side of life.

Yes! The challenge is FREE with our 30-day trial. Simply click here to choose either the Monthly or Annual plan, create your account, enter your details, & unlock instant FREE access to all the workouts.
Yes! All workouts are pre-recorded, giving you the flexibility to complete them on your own time.
For the Beginner Plan, you’ll commit to 20-30 minutes, 4 x per week. For the Advanced Plan, plan for 30-45 minutes of workouts, 4-5 days per week.
I recommend 2-3 rest days per week for both plans to allow your body the proper recovery time. Always listen to your body & adjust your rest days based on your needs.
For the Beginner Plan, I typically use 2-8 lb weights, but you can start with lighter weights or even no weights at all. For the Advanced Plan, you’ll need light weights (2-5 lbs) and medium to heavy weights (8-10 lbs) for strength training. An exercise mat is also recommended for comfort during floor exercises.
Yes! You can stream the workouts to your TV using Chromecast or Airplay. The emBODYment 360 app makes it easy to cast directly from your phone to a compatible device. Download the app here: App Store & Google Play.
Yes, absolutely! The challenge is designed for all fitness levels. The Beginner Plan offers shorter, more attainable workouts, so you can progress at your own pace. I provide modifications & progressions, so you can choose what works best for your body. Feel free to use lighter weights or even no weights at all, & slow down any movements if needed. Do what you can, be patient with yourself, & just keep moving!
Joining the private Facebook group is optional, but it’s a great way to stay motivated & connected with others. You can also invite your friends & family to join, so please to spread the word—remember it’s a FREE challenge! 🎉
Yes! By sticking with the 28-day challenge, you’ll see fantastic results. Accountability is key to reaching your goals. In addition to customized workouts, you’ll receive motivation from me & other members of the emBODYment 360 fam through the private Facebook group.
