emBODYment 360 is a fun innovative total body fitness program derived from elements of dance, Pilates, yoga & interval training. My methodology is focused on building strength, endurance & flexibility through grace, beauty & power.
The ultimate goal is to train the body to move in new creative ways sparking change & greater body awareness. Most of my programs use clients’ own body weight & light resistance, typically in the form of dumbbells, to develop a strong, lean, toned physique. Each workout is carefully designed to energize & activate the entire body & mind.
As a fitness professional, I understand that not everyone is on the same fitness level. One of my top priorities is to create inclusive content that provides proper modifications for newbies & advancements for seasoned fitness enthusiasts alike.
