General How-to
Just below every video on the left side is an Add to Favorites button. Simply click or tap that to add the video to your Favorites. To remove a video from your Favorites list, just tap or click the Add to Favorites icon again.
You can upload a profile picture to your account in your Dashboard. You can also change your Name and email here too.
To change your photo, simply log into the emBODYment 360 online studio and click Avatar. Click the Account option. From here, click the Change Image button located next to your avatar. Select an image that you want to upload and click Save Changes to save the uploaded image.
Account Management
To change your information associated with your account, log into the emBODYment 360 online studio and click on Dashboard (or your Avatar). Here you can change the following information:
- Name & location
- Email address
- Password
- Payment method on file
- Payment history
- Redeem a membership gift card and add the gift card balance to your existing account
Once signed into the emBODYment 360 online studio, you can change or cancel your recurring membership plan by clicking on your Avatar. Next, click the Active Packages option. From here, select the menu option (…) on the right side of the membership you want to cancel and select Cancel.
Your membership will be canceled and your access will be removed at the end of your current subscription period.
If you need to cancel your membership plan and your account is overdue and locked, please send us a message at [email protected] so that we can help you with this.
If you are having trouble logging into the emBODYment 360 online studio and need to reset your password, simply click the Forgot Password link located on the studio sign in page.
From the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your emBODYment 360 account, and click Send Instructions. An email will be sent to the email address on file. In the email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the online studio.
Billing
Log in to the emBODYment 360 online studio and once signed in, you can change your payment method by clicking on your Avatar located on the right side of the studio. Select Account and then Payment Methods. From here, you can click the Add New button and enter in the details of your new payment method.
Many credit/debit cards have restrictions for online purchases. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.
Video Playback
Video playback depends on many different factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the emBODYment 360 App and making sure it’s updated with the latest version. You can download the latest version directly from the Apple App store or Google Play store.
If you are experiencing your video skipping, freezing, or not loading, please read this article then send us the requested information so that we can troubleshoot the issue. Playback issues can be affected by browser updates/system updates on a user’s computer, extensions/add-ons in the browser, and internet connection related issues.
Please provide us with the following information and we will work with our service provider to get any issues addressed. You can copy and paste the bullet points below then add your responses and email it to us at [email protected].
- Email used for your membership account
- Link/URL to the specific video page (or name of video) where you are having playback issues
- Computer OS (operating software) version (i.e., Windows 10, MacOS 10)
- Browser type (i.e., Chrome, Edge, Safari)
- Browser version
- Speed test results from https://www.speedtest.net
- Steps to reproduce the problem
- Is the problem reproducible on another browser? (for example Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari)
- Can you please try another device and/or network? (For example, a friend’s computer using their internet connection, or a cellular device not connected to your home internet)

Yes! Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with the emBODYment 360 online studio.
To watch a workout using Chromecast follow these steps:
- Make sure Chromecast is set up on your TV
- Make sure your laptop or device is logged on to the same WiFi network as your TV
- Open the video on your laptop or device and click on the Chromecast icon
- In the pop-up that appears, select the desired TV and cast
To watch a workout using Airplay on your AppleTV by playing from your Mac, iPad, or iPhone follow these steps::
- Make sure your Apple TV is set-up
- Make sure your Apple device is logged on to the same WiFi network as your Apple TV
- Open the video on your Apple device and click on the AirPlay icon
- In the pop-up that appears, select the desired TV and the video will begin playing
Yes. By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch the workout videos from the emBODYment 360 online studio on your TV.
Absolutely! Although we do recommend using the emBODYment 360 App for the best user experience, the online studio is available on the browser from your phone. This ensures that you can workout anywhere!
Gift Cards
Of course and thank you for sharing! You can purchase a Gift Card for membership directly from the emBODYment 360 online studio but here is a direct link as well; e360 Gift Cards.
Current Members
If you already have an emBODYment 360 membership then you can add the gift card balance to your account. Simply log into the emBODYment 360 online studio and click on Dashboard (or your Avatar). Click Billing then click Redeem a Gift Card. There you can enter the gift card number and add the amount of the gift card that will be added to your account. The next time your membership plan renews, the gift card balance will be applied to the renewal. If the gift card is not enough to cover the renewal, then the credit card you have on file will be charged for the outstanding balance.
New Members
To redeem your emBODYment 360 membership gift card, you first need to access the redemption page. There are few ways to do that:
- Click on the link provided to you in the email from the person who purchased you the gift card, or
- Go to the emBODYment 360 online studio and click Redeem a Gift Card located at the bottom of the page, or
- Click here → Redeem a Gift Card to go directly to the redemption page
Once on the redemption page, you can input the gift card code and click Continue. Since you are a new emBODYment 360 member, you’ll need to create an account. After signing up, you will be redirected to the membership plans page where you will choose a plan and start the checkout process. The gift card will be applied towards the purchase you selected. If you select a membership plan that is greater than the amount redeemed with the gift card, then a credit card is needed when you set up your account to cover the remaining cost of the membership plan after the gift card balance is applied.

When you are setting up your membership account, if you did not select a subscription plan, the gift card code will be redeemed and applied to your account but you will not be subscribed yet because you did not finish setting up your account by choosing the desired plan. If you select a subscription plan that is greater than the amount redeemed with the gift card, then a credit card is needed when you set up your account to cover the remaining cost of the subscription plan after the gift card balance is applied.
If you are a new member, you will begin with your free 7-day trial. When the free trial ends and the subscription plan you selected renews, then your gift card balance will be applied to the subscription renewal.
